Turkey Dressing Bake

 

2 cups cut up turkey (or chicken)

2 eggs

1 cup warm water

1 pkg turkey or chicken gravy mix

1 1/3 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix

1 can mushroom soup

1 cup chopped onions

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup sliced mushrooms

 

Heat oven to 350. Place turkey in 8x8 buttered pan. Beat eggs, water, and gravy mix. Pour on turkey. Cover turkey with stuffing mix. Top with mushroom sauce made from the rest of the ingredients. Bake covered at 350 for 40 minutes.
