Fresh Pork Sausage
Fry the sausage,
and drain. Slightly chop carrots, mushrooms and bean sprouts in food processor. Mix chopped vegetables with sausage to make the filling. Put about a tablespoon
into each wrap and roll up like a commercial egg roll. Deep
fry for one or two minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Use a fruit syrup
like peach, plum or apricot as a dipping sauce.
