Ranch Round Steak

3 lbs round steak

¼ cup flour

2 tsp dry mustard powder

¼ cup olive oil

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Mix flour and mustard and dredge steaks in it. Fry in the olive oil until done. Drain steaks on paper towels. Mean while add worcestershire to drippings along with a pkg of brown gravy mix and 1 cup milk. Simmer until thickened. Serve steaks with gravy drizzled over top.
