Swedish Dilled Meatballs

 

1 lb ground beef

½ lb ground pork

¾ cup bread crumbs

1 egg

1 medium chopped onion

½ cup milk

2 tsp dill seed

2 tsp salt

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/8 tsp pepper

1/4 cup flour

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

2 cups water

3/4 cup sour cream

 

Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, milk, dill, salt, worcestershire, and pepper. Make meatballs. Brown in skillet for about 20 minutes. Turn often. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towel. Drain fat from skillet leaving about 1 tbsp. Stir flour, paprika, salt, and pepper into skillet. Stir in water. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Add meatballs. Add sour cream. Simmer until hot. Serve with noodles.
